Return Policy

To better serve you, Calplush will accept your returns under the following conditions:

1. All customers that would like to return merchandise must call us at (877) 265-1689 before returning any merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization Number. All items returned must have a Return Authorization Number, any items that do not have a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

a. All items returned within 30 days from the invoice date are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
b. All items returned after 30 days from the invoice date are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

2. No items will be accepted for return after 60 days.

3. The customer will be responsible for all return freight, applicable insurance and other shipping charges.

4. Calplush will credit your account the calculated amount of returned items less the restocking fee after the return conditions are met. NO CASH REFUNDS will be given. Credit will be returned to the credit card originally charged or issued for future orders with Calplush.

5. The Return Authorization Number must be clearly displayed on the box to avoid any delays in processing your credit.

6. Credits will be issued within 3 weeks upon our receipt of the returned merchandise.

7. All returned merchandise must be in salable condition to receive credit.

8. Calplush does not guarantee sales. Calplush does not accept returns of unsold seasonal items after the season has past.


Privacy Policy

Calplush does not distribute your personal information to third parties. All information is kept confidential. Once an order is placed or a request for a catalog you will automatically be placed on our mailing list for future catalogs and may receive an occasional email about Calplush promotions.

Calplush does submit email addresses to Federal Express for the purposes of supplying customers with the tracking information for their order.

If you wish to be removed from either list, simply email or call us to request that you be removed from either list.



Shipping Policy

Calplush ships all fundraising orders via Federal Express Ground service. Shipping is included in the price. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are shipped via Air and are charges an additional $40 per case. If customers choose faster service they will be billed for the additional cost.
